- How to check product availability?
To check product availability please apply for an account first. Upon approval, you will receive a welcome letter with all the links. You may inquire about availability then.
– Do you have a price list of the products?
Yes, we do have a spreadsheet that is attached to every email we send out. In order to receive the daily offers as well as the wholesale catalog you need to sign up for an account.
- How long does it take for the product to be shipped?
Usual processing time is 2-3 business days after cleared payment, unless stated otherwise. Processing times might vary based on the additional prep requested. Customer sets up freight.
– What payment options do you offer?
– Zelle. ACH Transfer, Wire Transfer, Credit card (Fees apply)
– What are the MOQs, MOVs?
– For daily deals that are being sent through email and Telegram, the MOQs are mentioned per deal. – For the wholesale catalog ONLY, the MOV is mentioned in terms and conditions. The MOV of wholesale catalog DOES NOT APPLY to the daily deals.
– Do you offer direct shipping to FBA?
– Yes, we do. You have to create the labels through your Amazon SellerCentral and send them to us. We will ship them on your behalf
– Do you provide prep services?
– Yes, Empire Distribution offers all kinds of prep services including FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubblewrapping, bundling, and more. The prices vary depending on the item, quantity, requirements, etc. If you would like to add any services to the order please inquire at the time of ordering.
– How to open an account with Empire Distribution USA?
